I would give them a zero, but that's not an option. I placed an order for a sale item, and followed the sizing instructions when selecting my size. When I received the item, it didn't come close to fitting me, so I followed the instructions for a return or exchange (30 day policy per the website). I reached out to customer service by phone, couldn't reach anyone, and never received a call back. Instead, I got a schmarmy email telling me that since I purchased a sale item, there was no "eligibility" for return or exchange. I noticed that there are plenty of sizes left on the Boody ordering site. This is a sham company trying to offload undersized items that do not fit the description listed on their website. BUYER BEWARE. I'm filing a complaint with VISA as I write this.

Amazing Comfotable & Durable Clothing, Underwear & Socks :)

We ordered one pair of leggings/tights from booty.com. the price was $48. ..Turns out it had an irregularity in the stitching and it was beginning to form a small hole. so we thought it would be easy to return.. turns out they wanted to deduct like $13 or (23%) of the refund. This is a horrible horrible company. we emailed them: "it's not fair if they sent us a damaged product..we are entitled to a full refund" they just wouldn't want to it! we went back and forth with them via email. bottom line is, never buy anything from a privately owned website. always go to Amazon amazon Amazon! What a waste of time and what horrible people to deal with.

Placed an order 12 days ago and has still not been sent. They do not reply to correspondence.

Placed an order 12 days ago and still nothing. Followed up twice. They have only now sent me a tracking number, although it’s not valid because it hasn’t been scanned by Australia Post (hence hadn’t been dispatched). It’s a wonder they can exist given this business model.

perfect. i enjoy their briefs much, i wear 16, but their 14 was perfect.

I have ordered Boody over the last few years and feel the customer support has gone down. I received a large order today and the womens nude knickers have large black marks on them. I have tried washing them to see if it comes out and it doesn’t. I have telephoned twice and the message says to email them. I have emailed with a photo, but going by other reviews and a lack of them responding to other people, I don’t hold out much hope. Don’t think I will bother ordering from them again if this doesn’t get resolved.

Bought 7 pair of men's original briefs (over $A100). I'm a "larger" person, so ordered XL. They fit OK and felt nice, but as soon as I moved, they rolled down and made a sausage just above my private parts. There's very little elastic in the waist band, so they don't stay up. You may be OK if you're thin, but if you have a bit of a gut, then forget it. Anyway, 7 pair of brand new underwear in the trash (they won't accept underwear returns for hygiene reasons). So much for sustainability!
